The season of the regular classes are about to finish. I will start a program to help people to learn to breathe consciously so they can improve their life or their sport, combine with an healthy diet.
I have developed a specific Breath and Yoga Program for Climbers and athletes of any level from beginners to expert who want to improve their level or result in competition, deal with stress and mind. Or you simply want to take your life in control and be more healthy.
