Be conscious of your breath and change your life.

I have developed a specific Breath and Yoga Program for Climbers and athletes of any level from beginners to expert who want to improve their level or result in competition, deal with stress and  mind.  Or  if you simply want to take your life in control and be more healthy.
I'm happy to share my experience as a pro athlete and a yoga teacher.
I propose a 6 weeks plan, renewable, of one or two hours per week via Skype. As well you will be given some exercices to do in between the online session.

We can also do a personalise plan to answer specific needs.

It is very important for an athlete to get to know himself, his own limitations, not just physical but also psychological.

You can learn  to know yourself, how to surpass yourself and  the ability to focus and enjoy self control with some very easy breathing techniques. So you can have more fun and success.
