KUNDALINI YOGA Classes and workshops 2013/2014

An other season of Kundalini Yoga classes are starting again, with 3 new classes in Foix and a Meditation class of two hours every month.

FOIX
Three classes starting September 10th, 2013 on tuesday 6.30pm till 8pm and Thursday 10.30am till 12am and 12.15 till 1.30pm Arcadia 13 rue du lieutenant Paul Belpech, Foix.

GINABAT (5mn south of Foix)

One weekly class  starting from September 10th, 2013 on tuesday at 10.30am till 12am and a monthly class starting september 19th thursday at 6pm till 8pm

Spring Season 2013

Regular classes are starting again on Tuesday 12th of March, you can join at any time, if you are living in the area and traveling through, you are welcome.
I have a specific Kundalini Yoga Program for Climbers of any level from beginner to expert which includes Kriyas, breathing technics, relaxation and meditation.   You'll be able to improve your climbing, Yoga is not just about flexibility, but also about coordination, core, breathing,  aptitude to relax, to  focus and to control the mind.
I can organize special classes/courses (private or group) for climbers, runners,  to learn to relax&renew, Breath Walk&Meditation, specific coaching.... just send me an email.
I also give private or group Kundalini yoga classes, Yoga for Pregnant Women, Yoga for Mum&baby, and Yoga for children.

Next workshop  will be in Rieux de Pelleport Saturday 30th of March,  Mind and Meditation.
